The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to choose the one that suits your needs best. We use USPS as our logistics carrier. Please note that NYC USPS Distribution Facility does not accurately scan in received packages at the time of drop off. When checking tracking status, it is common to see no status updates from the time the label was created until the day of delivery. Please allow a few extra days or the standard 3-4 Business Days to see updates on tracking information.
2. Processing Time:
Once your order has been placed and payment has been processed by banking institution, we will begin processing your order. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your items are prepared and packaged with care. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.
3. Shipping Time:
Shipping time refers to the estimated time it takes for your package to reach its destination after it has been shipped. The actual shipping time may vary depending on factors such as the shipping method chosen, your location, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit. NYC Glass 718 is not responsible for any shipping delays, loss of package, stolen packages, or damaged packages once USPS takes possession. Please follow up with your local USPS facility to address any issues or claims.
4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. During the checkout process, you will be provided with an accurate shipping cost estimate before finalizing your purchase. Please note that additional customs fees or import duties may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its arrival time. Please note that some shipping methods may not offer tracking services. USPS is not reliable when it comes to scanning packages into the system when received. Due to this inconsistency, we ask that our customers please allow up to 2-3 days for USPS to update before contacting us regarding status of package.
6. Delivery Issues:
While we strive to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner, please understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays that are beyond our control. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team at nycglass718@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you and resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We also highly recommend contacting USPS directly as they can provide details NYC Glass 718 is not privileged to, such as GPS tracking of your package.
7. Non-return Policy:
To maintain efficiency and keep our prices competitive, we have implemented a non-return policy. All sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted. We kindly ask that you carefully review the product details, manuals, and any other relevant information before making a purchase and after receiving your product. Any claims regarding product received defective on arrival will be redirected to the manufacturer directly for replacement. NYC Glass 718 is not responsible for any dead on arrival, broken, or damaged products. ALL claims must be handled with USPS or direct through manufacturer. If returned to NYC Glass 718 the warranty on the product will become null and void. If a customer makes an order, it is their responsibility to make sure the address is correct on that order.
